5-Star Better Business Bureau (BBB) Review - September 18, 2021

I have been a continuing customer for just over 18 years starting with purchasing an air purifier to help with my asthma, since then I have become a huge believer in quality air purifiers. I started using their HVAC services around 6 years ago when I learned they offered it (I was looking to get a new air conditioner at the time), and have always had excellent service with them. I see a few poor reviews online and they do not reflect my experience at all. Excellent and friendly staff, its easy to reach them and I always speak to someone immediately. What I really like from them is their honesty; especially when it came to learning about renting HVAC equipment- I used to rent my water heater and paid for it 1.5x times for old garbage. So, if you would choose the large HVAC companies who only want rental payments until the end of time from us, I would encourage you to reconsider and ask a few questions to educate yourself with this company (or others) as I did.
