What professional duct cleaning actually involves
A full-system clean means every supply run, every return, the trunk lines, and the furnace itself. Not a shop vacuum at the vent faces. We seal the work area first, clean back to the furnace, and walk you through the same vents at the end so you can see what changed.
Signs your ducts are due
✓ Dust and debris circulating through the house
✓ Airflow restricted by build-up in the runs
✓ Furnace working harder than it needs to
✓ Allergens and pet dander recirculating
✓ Visible dust at the vent faces
✓ Musty smell when the system kicks on
Duct cleaning in three steps
Inspection & Setup
We inspect the system, note what we find, and seal the work area before anything runs.
1
Deep cleaning
Every supply and return is cleaned back to the furnace with a truck-mounted commercial vacuum and agitation.
2
Final check
We show you the same vents again, walk the house with you, and leave it as we found it, but cleaner.

Truck-mounted power.
We use truck-mounted equipment to make sure the job gets done right, not a small vacuum wheeled through your door. Our technicians finish the job professionally, just like this before and after photo.
Want before and after photos of your own? Just ask your technician before the job starts.
What decides the price.
Duct cleaning is not one price for every house. Four things move it, and they are the same four the quote form asks about - so the number you get is based on your home, not a guess.
Size of the home
A 1,200 sq ft bungalow and a 3,000 sq ft two-storey are different jobs.
Vents and returns
The main driver. More openings mean more time on site.
Number of floors
Longer trunk runs take longer to clear back to the furnace.
When it was last done
Never cleaned takes longer than a system done three years ago.
Tell us those four things and we will take it from there. No deposit, and you will know the cost before anything is booked.
Add it to the same visit
These separate services have their own scope and are not part of the standard duct cleaning purchase. If you want any of them, your technician quotes it on-site before anything starts, so you decide with the number in front of you.
+ Furnace cleaning
The blower, the cabinet, and the accessible heat exchanger surfaces. The duct clean runs back to the furnace connection; this is the furnace itself.
+ Dryer vent cleaning
Lint packs hardest at the exterior hood where you cannot see it. We clean the run with compressed air and suction from the outside, then check airflow at the hood to confirm it is actually clear.
+ HRV / ERV service
Cores, filters, and the intake and exhaust runs - frequently the most neglected part of a ventilation system.

It removes the dust, dander, and debris the system would otherwise recirculate through every room in the house. Those are the things most people react to, so less of it in your air can only help.
