Heating and cooling for London and Southwestern Ontario
We install York furnaces and air conditioners, and repair and service most makes already in your home. Because we are an indoor air company as well, we look at the airflow and ducts - not just the box in the basement.
Repair or replace - heating and cooling
Four jobs, each with its own page.
Furnace repair
No heat, short cycling, a noise, or a pilot that will not stay lit. We diagnose it properly before anything is replaced.

When a repair stops making sense. Sized to your home and your ducts, not just matched to the old unit’s label.

We install York
York is the equipment we put in homes — a full range, from a straightforward single-stage furnace to fully modulating heat and variable-speed cooling. A furnace and air conditioner are one system, so we fit them as a matched pair, sized to your house rather than to whatever was there before.

Already have a Luxaire? Luxaire and York are made by the same company, and we still service the Luxaire systems we have installed.
Heating, cooling, and the air you breathe
The furnace blower moves every cubic foot of air in your home several times a day. That makes it the best place to clean the air.
- A furnace-mounted HEPA system that treats every room the ducts reach
- UV-C and PCO in the ductwork, for odors and what filters miss
- Duct cleaning, so a new furnace is not pushing old dust
- HRV and ERV ventilation for tight, modern homes
- Airflow checked room by room, not just temperature at the thermostat
- Humidity, both winter dryness and summer damp
Brands we repair and service
We install York, and repair, and service the brands already in local homes - furnaces, air conditioners, humidity, ventilation, and water heaters.

Common questions
-
No. York is what we install, but we repair and service most furnaces and air conditioners already in Southwestern Ontario homes. If yours is a make we cannot get parts for, we will tell you before we book the visit.
-
It depends on three things: how old is it, how often it has needed work lately, and whether the repair is a small part or a major component. A fifteen-year-old furnace on its third repair in two winters is a different conversation from a newer unit with one failed sensor. We will give you our honest read on which side of that line you are on.
-
With regular service, a furnace commonly runs somewhere around fifteen to twenty years, and an air conditioner a little less. Poor airflow, dirty filters, and a unit sized wrong for the house all shoften that, which is why we look at the whole system rather than just the box.
-
Everything the furnace blower moves passes through your home several times a day. If the ducts are dirty or the filter is doing little, that air is circulated straight back through every room. Pairing heating and cooling with filtration and ventilation, and treating them as one job, is the part most HVAC companies leave out.
-
Yes. Luxaire and York are both made by Johnson Controls, and we still service the Luxaire systems we have installed over the years. If you have one, you are in the right place.
