Before you book

  • Yes. No charge, no obligation, and you keep the results either way.

  • About 30 minutes for most homes, including the time we spend going through the results with you. Longer if you have questions, and we would rather answer them than rush.

  • We go through the readings with you first. Based on the results and your interest, Platinum Air Care offers solutions for air and water treatment, and we are happy to show you the options and what they cost. You keep the information either way.

  • A licensed Platinum technician in uniform with company identification from our shop on Third Street in London. We have been doing this since 1999, across more than 100,000 homes and over 30,000 customers. We send you your technician’s name before the visit, so you know exactly who is at the door.

  • Across Ontario. We are in London and Southwestern Ontario every week, including St. Thomas, Woodstock, Strathroy, Brantford, and Chatham, and we run scheduled trips further out to Barrie, Ottawa, Windsor, and beyond. Tell us where you are, and we will find a date.
