Full-system duct cleaning
What professional duct cleaning actually involves
A full-system clean means every supply run, every return, and the trunk lines. Not a shop vacuum at the vent faces. We seal the work area first, clean back to the furnace, and walk you through the same vents at the end so you can see what changed.
Signs your ducts are due
- Dust and debris circulating through the house
- Airflow restricted by build-up in the runs
- Furnace working harder than it needs to
- Allergens and pet dander recirculating
- Visible dust at the vent faces
- Musty smell when the system kicks on
How the visit works
Duct cleaning in three steps
-
Inspection and setup
We inspect the system, note what we find, and seal the work area before anything runs.
-
Deep cleaning
Every supply and return is cleaned back to the furnace with a truck-mounted commercial vacuum and agitation.
-
Final check
We show you the same vents again, walk the house with you, and leave it as we found it, but cleaner.
or call (519) 686-3595 and speak to a real person.
The vacuum is in the truck
Truck-mounted duct cleaning power
We use truck-mounted equipment to make sure the job gets done right, not a small vacuum wheeled through your door. Our technicians finish the job professionally, just like the before and after photo at the top of this page.
Want before and after photos of your own? Just ask your technician before the job starts.
Pricing
What decides the price of duct cleaning
Duct cleaning is not one price for every house. Four things move it, and they are the same four the quote form asks about, so the number you get is based on your home, not a guess.
-
Size of the home
A 1,200 sq ft bungalow and a 3,000 sq ft two-story are different jobs.
-
Vents and returns
The main driver. More openings mean more time on site.
-
Number of floors
Longer trunk runs take longer to clear back to the furnace.
-
When it was last done
Never cleaned takes longer than a system done three years ago.
Tell us those four things and we will take it from there. No deposit, and you will know the cost before anything is booked.

Dryer vent, furnace, and HRV/ERV cleaning
These separate services have their own scope and are not part of the standard duct cleaning purchase. If you want any of them, you will know the cost before anything starts, so you decide with the number in front of you.
-
Dryer vent cleaning
Lint packs hardest at the exterior hood where you cannot see it. We clean the run with compressed air and suction from the outside, then check airflow at the hood to confirm it is actually clear.
-
Furnace cleaning
The blower, the cabinet, and the accessible heat exchanger surfaces. The duct clean runs back to the furnace connection; this is the furnace itself.
-
HRV / ERV service
Cores, filters, and the intake and exhaust runs — frequently the most neglected part of a ventilation system.

FAQ
Air duct cleaning questions
What are some benefits of cleaning your air ducts?
Less dust circulating, better airflow through the runs, and a furnace that is not fighting a restricted system. Most homeowners notice the dust at the vent faces first.
How often should your air ducts be cleaned?
Every three to five years for most Ontario homes. Sooner after a renovation, a new pet, or if anyone in the house has allergies.
Does duct cleaning help with allergies?
It removes the dust, dander, and debris the system would otherwise recirculate through every room in the house. Those are the things most people react to, so less of it in your air can only help.
Will you leave a mess in my home?
No. We seal the work area before anything runs, use a commercial vacuum with containment, and walk the house with you before we leave.
Where do you offer duct cleaning services?
London and Southwestern Ontario weekly, and scheduled trips further out across the province. See the service area list above for the town nearest you. If it’s not there, tell us where you are and we will find a date.
Is furnace or dryer vent cleaning included?
The duct clean runs back to the furnace connection. Cleaning the furnace itself, the dryer vent, or an HRV/ERV are separate services we can do on the same visit, and you will know the cost of each before anything starts.
How is dryer vent cleaning done?
With compressed air and suction from the exterior dryer exhaust.
Can you clean my HRV or ERV?
Yes. Cores, filters, and the intake and exhaust runs are all serviceable, and they are frequently the most neglected part of a ventilation system.
