A Complete Change We Didn’t Expect
We first connected with Platinum Air Care when Millad came out to perform a water test in our home. At that point, we knew something felt off with our water, but we didn’t really understand what the issue was or what difference a system could actually make. Millad took the time to explain the test results clearly and walked us through what we were seeing without rushing or overwhelming us.
After reviewing everything, we decided to move forward with a complete whole-home water filtration system. When Mark and Alex arrived for the installation, the experience continued to be just as smooth. They were organized, respectful of the space, and explained what they were doing as the install progressed. Before leaving, they made sure everything was working properly and answered all of our questions.
The change afterward genuinely surprised us. Our skin feels noticeably softer, and we’re using far less soap and shampoo than before. Showers feel different, laundry comes out cleaner, and even simple things like washing dishes feel easier. We’ve noticed less buildup on fixtures and glass, and overall the water just feels better throughout the house.
This wasn’t a small improvement, it changed how we experience water every day. Looking back, we didn’t realize how much the old water was affecting us until it wasn’t anymore. From the initial test to the final installation, the entire process felt thoughtful and well handled.
