Something We Didn’t Know We Needed
Rodney came out to our home to perform a water test after we booked an appointment mostly out of curiosity. We had gotten used to how our water felt and honestly didn’t expect anything major to come from it. Rodney walked us through the testing process and explained the results clearly, without making assumptions about what we should do next.
What stood out was how easy the conversation felt. We weren’t rushed, and the information was presented in a way that helped us understand how our water could be affecting everyday things around the house. After taking some time to think it over, we decided to move forward with a complete whole-home water filtration system.
Mark handled the installation, and the process was smooth from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and took care to keep everything clean and organized. Before leaving, he went over how the system works and what to expect once we started using it.
The difference afterward was something we noticed almost immediately. Our skin feels less dry, especially after showers, and we’ve cut back on soaps and cleaning products without even trying to. Towels feel softer, laundry rinses cleaner, and there’s less buildup on sinks and fixtures. Even small things, like washing hands or filling a glass of water, feel different now.
It’s one of those changes that slowly becomes part of daily life, and then you realize you wouldn’t want to go back. From the initial water test to the final installation, the experience felt thoughtful and well handled, and the results have genuinely changed how we feel about the water in our home.
