The Kent County raw water pumping station lifts it to the standpipe at Cedar Springs, gravity carries it on to Chatham, and the Chatham Water Treatment Plant treats it; a treated-water sample in the Municipality's 2024 report measured 110 mg/L, moderately hard on Chatham-Kent's own scale.
