Is Chatham’s water chlorinated or chloraminated?

Chlorinated. The Chatham plant disinfects with chlorine gas, with no ammonia added. The Chatham-Kent PUC notes that taste and odor episodes in Ontario drinking water come from decomposing blue-green algae, generally after the late-summer bloom.
