What does thermostat installation include?
Leave it to us for connecting those wires, labeling the wires, removing the old thermostat, and replacing the thermostat for your HVAC system.
Can I control a smart thermostat from my phone or with my voice?
Yes. The Lyric T6 Pro Wi-Fi can be set up to use voice or app control, and it works with Google, Amazon Alexa, and Apple HomeKit. You can change the temperature from your smartphone or tablet, even when you aren’t at home.
Do I need a new thermostat with a new furnace or air conditioner?
In many cases, existing thermostats are compatible with new furnaces. However, upgrading to a modern or smart thermostat can improve efficiency, comfort control, and system performance, depending on the furnace model selected. With a new air conditioner, the thermostat may need to be updated for compatibility and optimal performance; this is assessed during the consultation for the new system. We install York furnaces and air conditioners.
My thermostat isn’t working. What should I check first?
