Who delivers the gas and electricity for Windsor water heaters?
Enbridge Gas delivers the natural gas through its Panhandle Transmission System, which serves Windsor and Essex County, and a new 36-inch loop of that pipeline went into service on December 15, 2024. ENWIN Utilities delivers the electricity. Enbridge Gas itself does not sell or repair water heaters; for repairs and maintenance, it tells homeowners to find an HVAC contractor.
