Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy covers orders from our online store at store.platinumaircare.ca. We ship within Canada and to the United States. For returns and refunds, see our Return Policy.

  1. When your order ships

    We ship orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, except Canadian holidays). You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  2. Delivery times

    Delivery times count from the day your order ships:

    • Canada: 2 to 7 business days. Remote addresses can take longer.
    • United States: 2 to 6 business days.

  3. Shipping costs

    • Canada: free on every order.
    • United States: free on orders of US$150 or more; US$29.95 on smaller orders.

    Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

  4. Check your address

    Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us before your order ships.

  5. Damaged in transit

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, see Damaged and Defective Goods in our Return Policy.

  6. Updates

    We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last Update” at the top of this page.
